“It’s incredibly easy to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success, only to discover that it’s leaning against the wrong wall.” ~ Stephen R. Covey
During the month of February, we are learning and practicing
Habit #5 - “Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood”
Habit #5 focuses on being an active listener-listening to understand. This involves being able to get inside another person’s frame of reference. By doing so, one will gain the other person’s trust and then be fully understood. The students are learning how to be empathetic listeners and view other people’s perspectives in order to fully understand and be understood.
